WORKING AT THE IECD

Working at the IECD means contributing to the development of an organisation full of promises, for your future and that of others. It means joining a talented and committed multicultural team, sharing strong human values and an entrepreneurial spirit. But above all, it means putting yourself at the service of young people and small entrepreneurs and becoming a player in human and economic development.

OUR MAIN PRINCIPLES

We are committed to promoting the ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT of our teams by encouraging commitment and innovation.

We ensure that DIVERSITY is reflected in our organisation and we constantly strive to be inclusive and accessible so that everyone can flourish.

We encourage and support all types of MOBILITY. We encourage career development and mobility within the different programmes and within the different countries where we operate.

BENEFITS EXTENDED TO EVERYONE WITH A COMMON GROUND

A team of professionals ready to support all employees in their projects.

A career management policy through training: summer universities, in-house training, skills management plan, offering prospects for international development.

Meetings all year long: seminars, induction weeks, parties and other convivial events.

CONTRACTS FOR ALL PROFILES

Depending on the situation, we offer a variety of contracts: work placements, sandwich courses, fixed-term contracts, open-ended contracts and VSI.

What is VSI?

Would you like to go to the other side of the world as a volunteer and get involved in a meaningful cause that’s close to your heart? It’s possible to get involved abroad thanks to the Volontariat de Solidarité Internationale (VSI) contract, which allows you to go on a mission within an established framework.

In practical terms, VSIs are humanitarian missions, or missions linked to development and international cooperation, which must take place abroad in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Who can apply? Open to all, provided that you are of legal age at the time of departure and are going to a country other than your country of residence or your country of origin.

How long does it last? VSI placements are for a minimum of 1 year. The maximum length of assignment is 6 years, and can be accumulated within different organisations.

OUR RECRUITMENT POLICY

We are committed to transparency and offer you a recruitment process tailored to the position you apply to, comprising the following stages:

  • an initial HR interview
  • a second operational interview
  • one or two tests
  • two reference interviews
  • a final validation interview (depending on the position)
