Iecd is pleased to announce the promotion of Thomas Bourgninaud, currently in charge of the Sesame Program, to the position of CERES and SESAME Director and Delegate of IECD in Madagascar.

Thomas arrived at IECD in September 2014, as SESAME and TPE Project Manager, then took the complete responsibility of SESAME Program in 2015.

This promotion is the result of his excellent work and his commitment to IECD, that he has been able to demonstrate for two years.

We will start the recruitment of his replacement to manage the SESAME Program, at the same time as the recruitment of the CERES Program.

We wish him all the best in his new assignment.
