Aurelle is Ivorian and the director of a small agri-food enterprise. At the head of SIKKA SARL, she produces and sells drinks prepared with fresh fruit. She benefited from Basic Management training as well as personalized support from the TRANSFORM project.
“As an entrepreneur, I needed help in identifying my real needs, my strengths, the improvements to make and how to become a true company director.
Also, I wanted to know more about new manufacturing techniques and familiarize myself with tools adapted to my business with a view to increasing my benefits.
Participating in the TRANSFORM incubator process was a great help. I have improved the quality of my products and their promotion by reworking my labeling and packaging. The setting up of management tools now ensures me better visibility of my company’s financial situation. ”
